These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of our web pages located at inboxlabs.io and our AI-powered WhatsApp and social media automation platform (collectively, the "Service") operated by Inbox Labs ("us", "we", or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Inbox Labs provides an AI-powered automation platform that helps businesses manage and respond to WhatsApp and social media messages. Our Service includes:
- AI-powered automated responses to incoming messages
- Lead qualification and conversation management
- Appointment booking and calendar integration
- Multi-channel inbox management (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook)
- Conversation analytics and reporting
- Custom AI agent configuration and training
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account password
- Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach
- Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use, or a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity without appropriate authorization.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

- To send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, or any other form of solicitation

- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service
- To use the Service to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information without consent
- To use the Service for any high-risk activities where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or environmental damage
- To transmit any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful programs
Prohibited Content and Activities
You may not use the Service to process, store, or transmit content related to: illegal goods or services, hate speech, harassment, discrimination, violence, adult content, gambling (where prohibited), or any content that infringes upon intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these prohibitions.
Payment and Billing
Subscription Plans
Some aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you authorize us to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Billing Cycle
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the billing cycle you select. Your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.
Fee Changes
We may modify subscription fees at our sole discretion. Any fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle. We will provide reasonable prior notice of any change in fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your subscription before such change becomes effective.
Refunds
Refunds are processed according to our refund policy. Generally, we do not provide refunds for partial months of service or unused portions of annual subscriptions. Certain refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Inbox Labs and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Inbox Labs.
Your Content
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
Feedback
You may provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service. You agree that we may use this feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
Inbox Labs does not warrant that: (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Inbox Labs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
- Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the AI-generated content
- Any misunderstanding or miscommunication between you and your customers
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Inbox Labs and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of: (a) your use and access of the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Inbox Labs. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Inbox Labs shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
